Fix It in One Zone. Not in Every Zone.

The programme says install. The room says stop. Keep the master programme, solve the clash through the right authority and stop the next zone inheriting the same mistake.

Fix It in One Zone. Not in Every Zone.
Keep the master programme. Stop passing the same mistake to the next crew.
One area. A visible handover. A better next move.

The programme stays controlled. The learning moves faster.
The room says stop.
Picture a hospital extension on a wet Monday. The installation crew reaches the first treatment room and finds a duct route clashing with a beam. The schedule says install. The room says stop. Another wing is waiting for the same arrangement.
The useful question is not who can work faster. It is whether the next zone will inherit the same mistake. Record the clash, protect the affected work and take it to the authorised designer. A quick meeting is not permission to improvise a structural change.
Do not throw the plan away.
Keep the master programme, approved drawings and change controls. Use a short delivery window beneath them. Give it one observable outcome, such as an inspected installation ready for the receiving trade. Define what must be true before starting and what evidence will make it complete.
Walk the work with the people who deliver and receive it. Ask what changed, what is blocked and what decision is needed today. After the agreed correction, check the first area before repeating the method. Learning is only useful when it reaches the next crew.

Make the next five days count.
READY
Check access, approved information, material, people and predecessor handovers.
FOCUS
Commit only ready work. A short delivery window is not, by itself, the full Scrum framework.
DAILY
Keep the huddle brief. Finish with one named decision, owner and required time.
DONE
Agree inspection and receiving trade acceptance. Keep the evidence with the handover.
LEARN
Review missed promises and causes. Change one thing before the next zone starts.
