LiveCanvas ownership and licence

Your licence permits use of the software. It does not transfer ownership of the software or the XERR brand.

XERR LIVECANVAS SOFTWARE OWNERSHIP AND LICENCE NOTICE

The XERR name, official logo, original application code, interface and accompanying XERR materials are supplied under licence, not sold or assigned to the recipient. Use is limited to the users and scope authorised by XERR in the applicable licence.

Without XERR's written permission, do not publish or distribute the application or its source code, resell or sublicense it, share an activation code, remove ownership notices, or rebrand the application as another person's product. This does not prevent copying, adaptation or other acts that applicable law expressly permits and that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your own documents, boards, recordings, transcripts, annotations, images, actions and other work remain yours or their respective owner's. You may export and share your own work in accordance with your organisation's permissions. This notice does not claim ownership of your client data or restrict normal use of the export, clipboard, file, accessibility or presentation features.

Third party libraries, models and other components remain subject to their respective licences. Nothing in this notice replaces those licences or limits any non excludable rights, including lawful backup and applicable interoperability rights.

Website activation and download access are checked against the relevant XERR licence. An already downloaded standalone file or an already installed offline application is not remotely disabled by website download restrictions. This release does not claim uncopyable software, a security certification, or guaranteed installation on managed client laptops.

The Windows installer is unsigned. Obtain client IT approval before installing on a managed laptop. Do not disable security controls. Obtain the necessary permission before recording other people or confidential material.
