CANVAS / PRO 8

Visual workshops · browser canvas

Leave the meeting with a plan, not a pile of screenshots.

Put ideas, evidence, questions and next steps on one visual board. Guide the discussion, capture what was said and export a reviewed record your team can actually use.

Problem → capability → outcome

Why this earns a place in the workflow.

01

Turn discussion into owned work

Promote an important transcript line to an action or decision. Add the owner, due date and status before exporting the follow up register.

02

Keep context visible

Combine notes, shapes, arrows, images and sections instead of separating the evidence from the decision.

03

Guide the room

Use optional templates, a timer, voting and a section by section presentation. Keep private preparation off the presentation view.

04

Make the board interactive

Add website/email links, notes, checklists, questions with revealable answers, copy text buttons and jumps to another section.

05

Keep work beyond the call

Store several boards locally. Record the canvas, selected screen/window/tab, microphone or webcam; reopen, play, download or delete the recordings.

06

Take it into your reporting tools

Import transcripts from LiveCanvas Desktop. Export editable board JSON, clean PNG/SVG, CSV registers and a ZIP containing the meeting record and report guidance.

From a workshop to a reusable record.

Prepare the board

Start blank or use a template. Add the context, options, evidence and questions.

Guide the discussion

Use the timer, voting, section tour and interactive cards. Capture notes or a recording with permission.

Leave with next steps

Review actions and decisions, add owners and dates, and export a meeting pack for your reporting tools.

Who it is for

Facilitators, project and PMO teams, consultants, trainers, business analysts, service teams and anyone turning a workshop into a clear decision and follow up.

Practical requirements

Modern desktop browser. Use the HTTPS workspace for media permissions. Browser supported video/audio formats are retained, normally WebM. Download important files before clearing browser storage.

Clear capability and access boundariesA device local canvas, not a hosted multiplayer whiteboard. Boards and recordings do not synchronise between users. Browser capture and audio choices depend on the browser and permissions. Live browser speech recognition may use the browser provider’s online service; import reviewed transcripts for an offline text workflow. Images exclude private objects; full JSON and meeting packs include private board text.
Choose the right licenceRequest an Individual, Group for up to five users, or organisation licence. Price, scope and support are confirmed before payment. Registered visitors can explore a guided preview; XERR owner access opens the complete canvas.
